Interviews
From the professionals living it.
Learn from working podcasters and audio professionals who've been in the trenches and are telling you what actually gets them through the day to day. This isn't the same old podcasting advice everyone talks about. It's real, honest lived experience.
You'll get access to a series of audio-only interviews focused on the things that actually keep a podcast going: consistency, monetization, discoverability, and permission to do it your own way.
Every interview revolves around a topic that makes your podcast sustainable. But these conversations aren't for mere inspiration. They include real, specific tactics to try, so you can piece together what makes the most sense for you and walk away feeling like long-term podcasting isn't just possible, but absolutely doable.

These audio sessions are designed like your favorite podcast: bingeable and easy to access from your phone.
However you like to listen, straight through, one at a time, or on shuffle, these are yours to work through at your own pace over the next six months.
8 audio-only interviews, hosted by LIP Founder Paulette Erato, each one built around a different piece of the sustainable-podcasting puzzle.
Delivered as one playlist on October 20th. All sessions drop at once, like a private podcast. Simply add it to your favorite podcast app!
Yours for 6 months, listen whenever it fits your life, no live schedule to clear.
Potential live fiestas with select speakers during the Oct 20-23 event window, keep an eye on your inbox.
No video required. Plug in and listen, wherever you are.

And before you dive in, you’ll also get a bonus session, Choose Your Own Adventure: El Roadmap del Maratón, a quick orientation from your host Paulette Erato.

El Maratón de Podcasting is for any indie podcaster (Latina or not) who's tired of generic advice that doesn't account for real life, real budgets, and real burnout.
Are teetering on burnout and need a reason to keep going
Have a great concept but are struggling to keep it consistent
Want to make money without chasing sponsors or selling your soul
Are tired of algorithm-chasing and want a sustainable way to grow
Aren’t sure if you're "doing it right," and want real answers instead of hustle culture

Latinas In Podcasting is built on the philosophy of collaboration over competition and connection over gatekeeping.
And we’ve baked that into every session.

This is the third annual Latinas In Podcasting summit. Here is what past attendees and even previous speakers have to say:

The Latinas In Podcasting Summit changed the game for me. After years of podcasting and feeling alone behind the mic, I found a group of people whom I have learned from and who inspire me. Each LIP Summit has introduced me to podcasters who understand the hurdles of podcasting, and I always walk away with new strategies to implement in my podcast process.

Co-host, Financially Savvy in 20 Minutes
Entered the whole Latinas in Podcasting-sphere as a result of the summit and it's been amazing since. The speakers are so talented, creative, kind and willing to share and help. There's no gate keeping. The way to build community is to show up: that goes both ways so make sure to attend the next summit!

I've had the pleasure of attending the Latinas In Podcasting Summit as both an attendee and a speaker, and I can 1000% vouch for the time, creativity, and thought that go into making this summit so special.

Throughout the Summit, I was able to learn from the presenters' perspectives and experiences in a way that made podcasting less intimidating and gave me permission to get started and experiment without so much pressure on myself. I left the sessions with concrete steps I could take to move forward in a consistent and sustainable way as a solopreneur.

The Latinas In Podcasting Summit brings together the knowledge, resources, and community podcasters need to grow. Having attended as both a participant and a speaker, I’ve seen how thoughtfully Paulette and the LIP team support podcasters at every stage. Attendees gain practical insights, valuable freebies, fun bonuses, and opportunities to connect with fellow podcasters.

What makes this summit special is that the education feels approachable and actionable. You leave with ideas you can actually use. There’s no gatekeeping and no unnecessary jargon, just real conversations, practical guidance, and a community that wants to see you win.

I'm the founder of Latinas In Podcasting, creator of La Vida Más Chévere de Childfree Latinas, and your host for all eight of these conversations.
I built Latinas In Podcasting (LIP) because I was frustrated about being one of the only Latinas at podcasting conferences. And I’ve also been on the edge of podfade. It's not fun!
I’m tired of seeing talented creators burn out because nobody gave us a realistic playbook. That ends here. My 8 podcasting besties and I are gonna help you find that spark again and give you the tools to make it feel possible!
El Maratón de Podcasting continues the legacy of our last two LIP summits, bringing you eight real conversations with people who've actually built sustainable projects, sin BS y sin gatekeeping.
And in my bonus session Choose Your Own Adventure: El Roadmap del Maratón, I’ll give you the lay of the land so you can figure out where to start and how to keep going.
¡Pa’lante!

- Do I have to be Latina or speak Spanish for this?Absolutely not! While our content celebrates and highlights Latina voices, we encourage people of all backgrounds—especially those who are routinely marginalized—to join us if you're interested in avoiding podfade and burnout. All the session are in English (except for one short serenade by one of the speakers!).
- Can I get a refund if I change my mind?Refunds are possible anytime before the playlist becomes available on October 20, 2026. After this time, due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- When will I get access to everything? The entire playlist will be available for you to download on October 20, 2026. You'll receive an email early in the morning with your link to access it.
- Do I need any special software to access it?Nope! You'll receive a link you can open in just about any podcasting app. Then you can listen to it as you would any other audio podcast.
- Are there transcripts or recaps of the sessions available?Yes! Each session has a full transcript. You can download the transcript as soon as you access the content. Chapter markers in the audio will also correspond to the transcript timestamps, making it easy to find what you need.
- Can I share my access link with someone else?Your access link is just for you, think of it as your own personal seat at the summit. If a friend wants in, send them our way! We'd love to have them, but keeping it to one link per ticket is part of what keeps events like this sustainable for the long term.
- How long will I have access to the sessions?Once you download the sessions, they'll live on your device for as long as you want. But they are only available to download for 6 months. If you delete the sessions from your device after that time, you will lose access to them..
- Are the presentations live? The sessions are all pre-recorded, so you can listen whenever fits your life. There will be live fiestas with select speakers during the week of Oct 20-23, 2026. Those are a bonus, not required listening, so keep an eye on your inbox for more details.
- Will I learn how to start a podcast? No. This isn't a beginner's how-to on launching a show, it's for people who already have a podcast and are looking for real strategies to keep it going, monetize it, and beat burnout. But if you're just starting out, you'll still walk away with useful ideas!
- I'm burnt out on podcasting. Will this help me?Yes! You're exactly who this is for. Every speaker has been honest about their own burnout, doubt, and hard seasons, and every session is designed around finding a sustainable way forward, not another reason to hustle harder.
- Why "maratón"?Maratón translates to marathon. Because podcasting is a marathon, not a sprint! We're just keeping it Spanglish for funsies.
