- Can I get a refund if I can't attend?If you purchase a VIP Pass upgrade, you can request a refund until the summit begins on February 13. No refunds will be processed after that date.
- How long will I have to watch the presentations?With a VIP Pass you have extended access to all the content (including additional sessions) for a minimum of one year.
- What's the difference between a regular ticket and a VIP upgrade?A regular ticket gives you 24-hour access to the content, from 12 am to 11:59 pm PT. Once the day is over, your access is gone. Poof!

- Do I have to be Latina to attend?Absolutely not! While all Latinas In Podcasting events celebrate, highlight, and center Latina voices, we encourage people of all backgrounds—especially those who are historically excluded—to join us if you're interested.
- Are there transcripts, closed captions, or recaps of the presentations available?Yes! Each session has a full transcript and closed captions on the video. You can download the transcript as soon as you access the content.
Instead of recaps, you'll receive an action guides for each session with the VIP Pass upgrade. These help you pinpoint the key takeaways so you can focus your energy where it matters most. - Are the presentations live?The presentations, including Angela Briones's keynote, are all pre-recorded. In addition, we're also hosting a live fireside chat with Angela on Friday morning, the day of the summit. Attendees will have a front row seat to this session which will include Q&A and a giveaway of prize from LIP Partner Focus & Bloom Studios.

All payments made for Event registration, replays, or VIP access are final and non-transferable after February 13, 2026. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us at support@latinasinpodcasting.com prior to February 13, 2026.

No refunds will be issued after February 13, 2026. If you wish to request a refund for any reason, please do so before this date. After February 13, 2026, no further refunds will be processed.

Latinas In Podcasting reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, or content at any time. If the Event is canceled by the organizer, registrants will be notified, and any eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with this policy.
Access and Participation
Your registration grants you access to the Event and any content included in your chosen access level (e.g., live sessions, replays, VIP materials). Sharing your login details or access to the Event platform is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban from all Latinas In Podcasting-related activities, events, and workshops (live, virtual, or pre-recorded).
Intellectual Property
All content provided during the Event, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and replays, is the intellectual property of Latinas In Podcasting or the respective speakers. Content is for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
