- What does beta mean?Beta means this is the first version of El Planner. It's fully functional and ready to use, but we're still refining it. When you purchase, you'll find a short survey linked on the last page. Your feedback is how the 2027 version gets better!
- What format is it in?El Planner is a Google Doc, delivered as a link immediately after purchase. No special software required, just a free Google account.
- Do I need any special software to use it?Nope! All you need is a free Google account. El Planner works in Google Docs, which you can access from any browser on any device.
- Is this compatible with Mac and PC?Yes! Since El Planner lives in Google Docs, it works on any device: Mac, PC, tablet, or phone.
- How do I get it after I purchase?After checkout, you'll see the download link on the next page. You'll also receive an email with your download link immediately after checkout. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
- Can I print it?Yes! El Planner is designed with printing in mind. The low-color, high-contrast layout means it won't drain your ink cartridge, and it looks clean on paper. Print the whole thing or just the pages you need.
- Can I make multiple copies of the pages I use most?Absolutely. Duplicate any page as many times as you need, like the guest tracker, sponsor tracker, or episode checklists, so you always have a fresh one ready.
- What if I'm just starting out?El Planner is actually a great place to begin. Starting with a system means you won't have to untangle a messy process later. The sooner you have a home for your podcast, the easier everything else becomes.
- What happens to my planner after December 2026?It's yours to keep. El Planner (Beta) covers July through December 2026, and your copy doesn't expire or disappear after that. The 2027 edition will be available separately later this year.
- I'm not a Latina, can I still buy it?Absolutely. El Planner was built by Latinas In Podcasting, but it's for any indie podcaster who's ready to get their production process together. You're welcome here.
